My passion is to come alongside others, help them see their worth and desires, and then guide them in building a life around those. My mission is to leave a positive mark on the world.

It started with my podcast.

Taking that knowledge and experience, I decided to help others along the process. I would interview other experts in fields that helped individuals build a life they wanted. I have always been in sports, so I thought that by guiding others in the process and creating a team atmosphere where we all win, I would have a fulfilled life. I was right.

I started broken and lost on the journey, trying to find my place, what fulfilled me.  And my podcast and business were what I had been looking for.  An opportunity to build a life of freedom and fulfillment by helping others do the same.
