What is Pencil Leadership?

Pencil Leadership is based on a parable. There are 5 traits to Pencil Leadership.

1) Be Humble - because you must be held by someone else to leave a positive mark.

2) You will have to be "sharpened." - Painful times, once healed from, can help positive growth

3) You have an eraser - You can always work to fix your mistakes.

4) You will get dinged up over time, scratched and chipped. - Don’t let your outer appearance affect what truly matters; the "lead" (your character, integrity, etc.) inside which leaves the mark.

5) You were created with a purpose - You can always leave a good mark. No matter the surface. Some might make it harder but with a little more effort you can always leave a mark.
